The new Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class Specs
The 2nd gen of one of the most exciting and successful sports cars on the market is ready to hit the streets: Mercedes-Benz presents the new SLK-Class. Even more alluring, more powerful and sporty than ever, it is tempting double to celebrate its European market premiere in March 2004. Three different options for a new car engine, developing 120 kW / 163 hp up to 265 hp kW/360. The range includes – for the first time in this vehicle class – eight units cylinder engine from Mercedes-AMG. Engine V6 in the SLK 350, meanwhile, develops 200 kW/272 hp and provides an impressively dynamic driving pleasure.
